Service Scope
Swadakta provides concierge coordination, field errands, verification visits, family support, sourcing, parcel or handoff coordination, and virtual assistance across supported international corridors. Services are quoted per request, and Swadakta may decline or pause any route that is unsupported, unsafe, unlawful, undeclared, or outside provider rules.
Service Directory and Category Rules
Swadakta may support verified service listings and requests across local in-country work, professional services, virtual services, international corridor work, and sensitive care or private-home services. Each category can require different identity, location, licence, jurisdiction, portfolio, insurance, safety, proof, and payment-provider checks. Physical services may show a service area or travel radius before exact address details are shared. Professional services may require credential and jurisdiction evidence, and Swadakta does not itself provide legal, tax, medical, financial, valuation, engineering, or regulated professional advice.
Swadakta does not list, quote, assign, coordinate, or advertise adult or sexual services, escorting, erotic massage, explicit virtual services, nude entertainment, academic dishonesty, forged documents, bribery, fraud, hacking, weapons, narcotics, or harmful work. Requests that move into unsafe, illegal, dishonest, adult, sexual, or off-platform work may be refused, paused, or removed.
Job Seekers and Field Partners
Job seekers, receivers, runners, and field partner applicants must be reviewed before receiving client jobs. Swadakta may require provider-based identity verification through Smile ID, Sumsub, Youverify, or another approved provider before marking a partner as eligible for paid work. Swadakta may decline, pause, or remove partner access where trust, quality, safety, proof standards, provenance score, or communication expectations are not met.
No Legal, Survey, Valuation, or Financial Advice
Swadakta does not replace licensed lawyers, surveyors, valuers, accountants, engineers, or regulated financial advisers. When a task requires professional judgment, the client should engage the appropriate licensed provider.
Quotes and Payments
Website estimates are planning guides only. Final quotes depend on location, urgency, access, travel, route support, compliance risk, verification status, and proof requirements. Work may require a deposit, authorization, milestone funding, or full payment before execution. Public payment options may include card/Stripe, PayPal, M-Pesa or mobile money where available, bank transfer, or another agreed provider. Wise is a back-office fallback where simpler payment rails are unsuitable.
Protected Funds and Milestones
For higher-trust work, Swadakta may track protected funds and milestone release conditions so clients, job seekers, and administrators have a clear payment record. Unless Swadakta expressly confirms a regulated provider-held payment/payment-provider arrangement in writing, funds are held, authorized, refunded, or provider-paid through the agreed payment provider rather than by Swadakta as a bank, trustee, or licensed provider-held payment agent. Receiver payouts should not be provider-paid until payment evidence and milestone proof have been reviewed.
Refunds and Cancellations
If a request is cancelled before work starts, unused amounts may be refunded after any payment-provider, currency-conversion, or administrative costs. Once field work starts, completed time, travel, vendor fees, and documented costs may be non-refundable. If a task cannot be completed, Swadakta will provide the issue summary, evidence gathered, time spent, and recommended next steps.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, lawful instructions, proper permission to contact relevant parties, identity-verification cooperation, and necessary documents or access details. Users must not ask Swadakta or a field partner to carry, buy, ship, hide, declare, or handle restricted goods, illegal goods, unsafe goods, undeclared goods, passwords, PINs, one-time codes, or unrelated private files. Swadakta may require identity verification before paid work, milestone releases, sensitive tasks, or higher-value requests proceed. Swadakta may refuse requests that appear unlawful, unsafe, abusive, misleading, restricted, undeclared, or outside the service scope.
Reports and Proof
Reports, photos, videos, receipts, and proof links are provided to help the client make better decisions. They are not guarantees of future contractor performance, land ownership, government decisions, or investment outcomes.
Disputes
If a client disagrees with a result, Swadakta should first review the request brief, quote, proof pack, messages, payment status, and work log. The goal is to resolve issues through evidence and clear communication.
